Our belief is that organizations can replicate that “Gist” moment. Too often organizations address just the symptoms; prevent ideas from circulating either inside or outside the organization; and create a stifling, insular culture.
At GIST we believe that by addressing the right problem; involving the right set of people from inside and outside the organization who bring the right perspective; we can breakdown barriers to honestly exploring the innovative possibilities available to us.
Our desire is to help organizations create the foundation and the tools necessary to achieve breakthrough thinking, break down the boundaries that inhibit innovation, and maximize its ability to impact the marketplace.
We believe that senior executives can have access to “Gist” moments on a regular basis to lead their organizations in new and exciting ways–something that we all seek, but rarely achieve.
